LCE is a small group program where Nina works with you based on your specific gaps and goals. Not a one-size curriculum.
It starts with a 1:1 onboarding call. Nina looks at where you are right now: what's working, what's not, and what to tackle first. From there, we work through following areas, focusing on elements that matter most for your situation:

What you’re signing up for
The first 4 months are your minimum commitment. That’s where the real work happens. Your baseline gets set, your flywheel starts moving, and you stop guessing.
After that, the price drops and you stay month-to-month as long as it’s useful to you.
How the onboarding works
You don’t join a monthly call until you’ve had your onboarding call. That call is where your baseline gets established: What does success look like for you, what are your KPIs, where does your profile and topic authority stand right now, and what are your first exercises?
Some of you will walk in with half of this already sorted. Some will need to go back to basics first. Either way, the onboarding call is where we figure that out.

Not because we're being precious about it. Because the quality of the group matters.
LCE works when everyone in the room has a real offer, has been showing up on LinkedIn (even if inconsistently), and is trying to solve a conversion problem, not a "where do I start" problem. The application process makes sure of that.
The process
If you’re not quite there yet, Nina will tell you what to do first — probably a month or two in LEG to establish your posting rhythm — and then invite you back.

This program is built on current data, not evergreen playbooks. The resources are grounded in the LinkedIn Algorithm Insights Report 2026 (van der Blom), direct experience running the LEG, and a clear-eyed view of what's actually moving the needle for service-based professionals right now.

FAQ/BEFORE YOU DECIDE
The LEG is included in your LCE membership from day one, so you'll be in it either way. If you're not already a member, that's fine. The discovery call will tell us if you need some time in the LEG first to establish your posting rhythm before LCE makes sense.
To a certain extent. The resources are self-serve and the tasks and assignments are personalized to you, but other elements are tightly controlled.
You don't get your first exercises until your onboarding call, and you don't join the monthly calls until that's done. Accountability is a critical part of the process. This isn’t a program you can binge and abandon.
If you're here, something didn't stick, or the platform shifted under you. LCE is built on current research and a personalized approach that's different from most programs. The discovery call is a good place to figure out whether this fills the gap.
One monthly group call plus your own LinkedIn activity guided by your personal homework and exercises. This program won’t add a new content obligation on top of what you're already doing. It’s designed to make what you're already doing more effective.
Because peer quality matters. A room of 8 people who are all actually working on LinkedIn conversion is very different from a course with 200 people at all different levels. The cap is there to protect the experience.
