We’re all human. Sometimes you miss a day, if you do, just make sure you post the day after. Whether you post or not, make sure you still comment on everyone else’s posts.
Engaging with everyone else’s posts is part of the agreement of the program.
You get back what you put in. If you’re asking questions that generate more engagement it’s more likely that other people will do the same for you.
No. If you’re unable to make the calls in person you can watch the recording later.

Try as hard as you can to attend. AND we will post all recordings in the Slack channel within 24 hours in case you can't make it.
Yes, you have to post by 5pm ET every day. If, for whatever reason, you miss 5pm then please still post. However, you’ll miss out on people commenting on your post.
