*What is an Engagement Group?

Ever wonder why some creators get lots of comments and others do not (with no real difference in audience size or content quality)? They are in an engagement group.

An engagement group or pod is a group of people who share links to their posts on agreed-upon days and times to then engage with one another (like and comment) within an hour of posting to make sure that the LinkedIn algorithm notices the post and puts it in front of more people that would otherwise not see the post.

Think of the engagement group as your personal LinkedIn Fanclub.

How to get the most out of the accelerator


The content you post during the accelerator has the potential to outperform your regular content by a more than 1000% margin*. That's nine posts that will potentially be shown to tens of thousands of LinkedIn users outside your regular network.

With so much riding on your content strategy for these three weeks, here are some key ways you can get the most out of your increased reach and engagement during the accelerator: 

  • Make a good first impression with a polished and up-to-date LinkedIn Profile**
  • Plan your most important content like product launches or promotion series to go out during the accelerator dates***
  • Grow your email list by sprinkling in content that incentivizes readers to join your newsletter    
  • Leave time to engage with your audience (posts with long comment sections see 302% more reach and active commenters get 29% more impressions on their content)
  • Make your content easy to engage with (posts that end with questions perform 72% better than posts without)****
  • Stay consistent and post on all 9 days (top 25% most consistent posters get 330% more impressions)

LinkedIn Content Accelerator - DETAILS:  

  • Kick-off call: Friday, September 12th 2025 - noon ET - 60 minutes 
  • Posting dates: Weeks of September 15, 22, and 29 always on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Choose any or all weekdays - the same ones for all three weeks. I.e.: If you commit to Tuesday and Thursday, you will be posting (and commenting) on those two days for all three weeks.
  • Support calls:  Thursday, September 18 and 25 at noon ET - 60 minutes
  • Wrap-up call: Thursday, October 2nd, 2025, at noon ET - 60 minutes

GUIDELINES:

  • Post on your committed days on LinkedIn,  before 5:00 PM ET
  • Copy and paste your LinkedIn post link into your group's LinkedIn chat channel
  • Like and comment before end of day on each of the other participant's posts

RULES:

  • Only participate if you know you can commit to regular days for the three weeks, and are willing and have the time (!) to like and comment on ALL the other participant’s posts daily! We will facilitate groups based on time zones! 
  • You can post ANY content and ANY short format, as long as the content is “clean”, i.e., not of an inadequate nature.
  • To maintain high engagement, please refrain from posting videos longer than 2 minutes or sharing links to articles. Share posts only.  

SETUP & SUPPORT:

  • You’ll be invited into private LinkedIn "chat" and "link sharing" groups set up for this Accelerator.
  • You will have access to resources and chats on our community platform (run by Heartbeat). 
  • Access to Nina through Heartbeat for the duration of the Accelerator
  • On the Thursday before the first Accelerator posting week, we'll hold a kick-off Zoom call, where you'll have the opportunity to ask any questions about the accelerator, share, comment, and plan content.

Do I need to have a working Linkedin profile?

Yes. 

What if I miss a day of posting?

We’re all human. Sometimes you miss a day, if you do, just make sure you post the day after. Whether you post or not, make sure you still comment on everyone else’s posts.

What if I don’t want to Comment on everyone else's posts?

Engaging with everyone else’s posts is part of the agreement of the program.

How much effort do I have to put into the comments, can I just say ‘great’?

You get back what you put in. If you’re asking questions that generate more engagement it’s more likely that other people will do the same for you.

Are the check-in calls mandatory?

No. If you’re unable to make the calls in person you can watch the recording later.

Do I need to attend the kick-off call? 

Yes please, try as hard as you can to attend. AND we will make the recordings available after each call. 

Do I HAVE to post by 5 pm ET every day?

Yes, you have to post by 5pm ET every day. If, for whatever reason, you miss 5pm then please still post. However, you’ll miss out on people commenting on your post.
